Spearhead a team of 14 professionals tasked with multiple HR and business functions companywide. Counsel all employees on professional development, disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, training, and role support in daily interaction. Determine and address all immigration actions and issues while working closely with legal counsel and talent acquisition. Preside over the recruitment of HR and business professionals through job fairs, phone screens, online networking, and candidate ATS review. Solely supervise the KMS I-9 E-Verify System. Facilitate in reformatting, researching, and writing corporate HR policies in conjunction with multiple HR directors.

Effectively served as manager for the Medical Department of the manufacturing facility employing more than 1,000 employees. Created and cultivated various industrial health and safety standards. Functioned as case manager reviewing over 200 workers compensation and benefit cases. Researched, analyzed, and conveyed safety data, goals, and trends directly to the manufacturing president and the board of directors on a monthly basis. Reviewed and verified accuracy of all FMLA, Short-term Disability Leave, Maternity Leave, and Personal Leave of Absences. Coordinated and presented all OSHA recordables and created reports for the Department of Labor.
