I have a rich experience in the management of the energy sector, European integration, national EE and RES programs , energy savings in the industry, transport, buildings, agriculture , residential and commercial sectors. In his career till now he has participated in technical audits, analysis and evaluations, management of the energy consumption at sector, regional and national level, as well as in the elaboration and execution of international EE and RES projects within the frames of programs like PHARE, SAVE, IEE and UNECE Energy Efficiency 2000 & 21 . My experience includes also the preparation of projects terms of references, evaluation of tender documentation, project assessments, projects management, audits , elaboration of EE programs, participation as a lecturer in seminars, conferences and different training events . Within the last 27 years period I was worked in different structures of the current Ministry of Economy and Energy , consecutively as an Expert, Dispatcher in DSO , Inspector, Deputy Minister of Energy and Energy Resources , Director of “Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy Sources” Directorate , Executive Director of Energy Efficiency Agency and Executive Director of Sustainable Energy Development Agency . My activities was closely connected with the execution and progress of energy , energy efficiency and renewable energy policy in Bulgaria. I speak English (very good) and Russian (good) languages.
