Since it is very difficult for young programmers to find a job and gain the necessary experience, my friend and I decided to create our own outsourcing company, which gave a big boost to my programming career. During the company's existence, I acted as a developer, project manager, and co-owner. I used UpWork to attract new clients. Accordingly, I had to communicate with the client and manage the processes of this project. As a developer, I performed the full cycle of web development on WordPress. I designed the interface, created custom animations, set up SEO and optimized projects, and designed and developed admin panels.

I studied new libraries and technologies for project development. For my development and for greater efficiency, I was assigned to the lead programmer of our team, who explained everything. With a mentor, I learned and developed relatively quickly.I also took on the support of the company's clients' ready-made websites (filling or changing content, adding new features, fixing errors, optimizing).
