I am the creative mind behind Core Physique and Core57. as well as a certified personal trainer, as well as Corrective Exercise Specialist with the National Academy of Sports Medicine, and a Senior Master Trainer for Trigger Point Therapy.Core Physique is a unique approach to fitness in Alpharetta, GA, that focuses on personal training, strength and conditioning, and nutrition coaching. We have worked with high level athletes in the NFL as well as the athletes of tomorrow.As a competitive gymnast and a collegiate cheerleader, I learned the importance of fitness and nutrition. After graduating from Virginia Tech, fitness remained a constant part of her life. I has been able to take her knowledge and her passion for a healthy lifestyle and incorporate it into Core Physique. I believe that one must be have a strong mental, spiritual and physical “core”. Her staff assists in the mission to offer cutting edge, personalized health and fitness programs designs that impact the lives of the people in the community.We are determined to motivate people to a healthier living and reaching a more abundant life through a proper life balance.We believes that we are all in this together and works to form a strong fitness community both inside and outside the walls of Core Physique.
