My primary objective has been to guide teams in speeding up release cycles, boosting system reliability, strengthening security, and minimising risks.My journey began as an engineer, and that foundation has been instrumental in my managerial role. I deeply understand software development, system architecture, and the importance of well-defined delivery processes. This allows me to effortlessly bridge the gap between management and engineering, ensuring that we speak the same language and share the same vision. I have a strong engineering mindset and believe that the proper use of automation is crucial for the operational excellence of any product. I am really into effectiveness and perfectionism (in a good way), and I consider eliminating “toil” as one of my goals throughout my life, which is why I like SRE practices.
