Responsible for coordinating the activities of the Food Safety & Quality Assurance team for implementation of quality and food safety programs such as HACCP, SSOP's, GMP's, and all other procedures. Maintained good communication and working relationships with the FSQA team, site Operations team and USDA personnel, ensuring that all USDA regulations were being followed. Managed a team of thirty hourly/SNE QA Technicians including managing Kronos Timekeeping System as well as SAP. Used proficient computer skills such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.).

Helped in the development of H.A.C.C.P, G.M.P's, S.S.O.P's, Quality Control, and other programs to ensure customer expectations along with State and Federal requirements are met. Ensures incoming ingredients and finished products are up to quality standards and customer specifications. Ensures quality performance is performed at all times while following all company guidelines for a safe product. Requires knowledge of the quality, food safety, corrective actions, and regulatory requirements related to these programs.
