I have over 20 years experience working in Operational Management across a number of industries including Travel, Music and Call Centre, specialising in operational efficiency optimisation through process assessment and re-engineering, performance management, team-building and team optimisation. During this time, I have managed teams of up to 25 employees, specialising in Software Delivery. I have run business units within a number of industries with focus on efficiency optimisation. This I have achieved through the evaluation of existing practices and application of new processes and working practices which have striven to radically reduce the occurrence of inefficient and loss-making practices. Key to this has been providing a framework to employees to achieve success and eliminate inefficiency.I believe strongly in the power of giving a clear operating ground to team members to allow them meet their full potential and measure their progress towards their goals.
