I have 6 years of experience in project management, monitoring, and evaluation i have led many research and data collection work for national and international organizations. I am competent at designing data collection tools, developing monitoring and evaluation frameworks, and writing project proposals and concept notes to lobby for funding. I desire to build and mentor children and youth so that they dream and achieve their desired goals.I possess interpersonal communication skills, report-writing skills, managing people, problem-solving skills, and teamwork. It is my aim that in any organization I work in, I should live it much better organization, a desire that has made me to be remembered in any organization that I have worked in.I am also a social entrepreneur, a self-starter, and a result-oriented person who sees solutions to every problem, a trait that has driven me to open PEACE RESTORATION CENTRE-AGAGO, one of the community-based organizations providing skill training and mentorship to youth who are living in a post-war community of Northern Uganda.I also cherish the Christian Values of honesty, trustworthiness, and integrity in everything I do.
