At Gartner, I am responsible to work across multiple platforms, beginning with their flagship product “Gcom” which serves C-suite users. I also contribute to various tools, where I work on developing data widgets and was responsible for managing the client-side of the Third-Party Risk Management platform.As my responsibility I collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and user stories. Conduct user research (surveys, interviews, usability studies) to understand user needs. Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes for stakeholder feedback, user testing and finally designing intuitive UIs aligned with brand guidelines and UX best practices.

Money mentor is a stealth startup in Fintech Domain. As founding member of design I was responsible for building high quality annotated user flows, wireframes and interactive prototypes for Mobile App.

At Gigforce, I was responsible for building and managing the Design Team, while leading various mobile and web projects focused on gig-workers, team leaders, app revamps, and establishing a robust design system. 
Additionally, I designed comprehensive client dashboards that deliver a holistic overview of key business metrics. These dynamic dashboards provide valuable insights and analytics on activations, clients, gig workers, payouts, tasks, and more, empowering users to make data-driven decisions.

In this project my role was to create and revamp LMS dashboard and gather & evaluate user requirements, to enhance users motivation by introducing right fit Gamification Technique.

• Conceptualized and designed the end to end experience of the consumer-facing application for Glyde Rides. • Worked hand in hand with a team of 2 developers to successfully complete the project.
