1. Conducting Training Sessions: Delivering training sessions to farmers, utilizing effective teaching techniques and methodologies to ensure maximum learning and engagement. This may involve both theoretical and practical training components.2. Demonstrating Techniques: Demonstrating various agricultural techniques, practices, and technologies to farmers, showcasing their benefits and proper implementation.Providing Technical Guidance: Offering technical guidance and expertise to farmers, addressing their queries, clarifying doubts, and providing solutions to their challenges. 3. Monitoring Progress: Tracking and monitoring the progress of farmers in implementing the learned techniques and practices. Assessing their performance, providing feedback, and identifying areas where further support or improvement is needed.4. Collaborating with Team: Working closely with the Pani Foundation team, including agronomists, project managers, and other trainers, to ensure effective coordination and alignment of training activities with the overall objectives of the Farmers Cup.5. Documentation and Reporting: Maintaining accurate records of training activities, participant attendance, and progress reports. Evaluation and Feedback: Conducting assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness and impact of the training programs. Collecting feedback from farmers and using it to refine and enhance future training initiatives.

Duties and ResponsibilitiesA – Ensure efficient implementation of MHM Programme with Adolescent Youth in schools1. Facilitate the MHM curriculum with adolescent youth in schools2. Ensure that they build the capacity of select students as peer educators3. Plan and facilitate baseline, midline and endline study to assess key needs, awareness andunderstanding levels of students and measure impact4. Ensure timely collection of quantitative and qualitative data with a sample of participantsto measure effectiveness of sessions5. Monitor behaviour change and ensure timely implementation of school moduleB – Ensure efficient implementation of MHM Programme with community1. Collaborate with relevant local authorities – community, partner organizations, primaryhealth centers and government bodies to gain access to various platforms that can be usedto deliver MHM programme in the community2. Plan and facilitate a baseline study with members of target communities to assess keyneeds, awareness and understanding levels; along with cultural norms and biases3. Ensure timely recruitment of Community Resource Persons (CRPs) for delivery of MHMcurriculum with women in the community4. Building the capacity of CRPs on overall content and facilitation skills6. Manage and monitor CRPs’ performance on monthly basis and its impact on indicators7. Ensure timely execution of mela/carnival with the community to ensure that safe spacesare created for females to discuss MHM openlyC – Set up supply chain for selected MHM products1. Assess the demand in their locations and monitor the same3. Support CRP in building the capacity of vendors, micro-entrepreneurs, SHGs/Federationsor stores on sale of MHM products4. Handhold the micro-entrepreneurs to ensure timely fulfillment of demand for each product

Roles & responsibilities :• Prepare village development plan through need assessment, participatory tools and implemente the same with villagers, panchayat members and local administration.• Conduct socio-economic analysis to scientifically ascertain the needs of the people and design innovative projects.• Undertaking action-research to create more efficient program delivery by district administrations.• Providing feedback on rural development initiatives to the Working Groups and Governing Council.• Work closely with the Gram Panchayat (GP) to execute local area development plans along with various stakeholders like local administrators, district government officials, CSR partners for convergence of various schemes to achieve self-sustainable village development.
