Identified the location of genes responsible for luminescence and designed primers for the specified genes.2. Constructed clones of Lux operon genes of vibrio chagasii bacterium also using metal resistant genes from other strains.3. Submitted a unique strain of vibrio chagasii bacterium in NCBI Genbank.
