• Sends joining intimation mail to the appropriate departments to ensure the joiners get their Workplace ready on the DOJ
• Planning & Organizing Induction & Orientation Programme.
• Onboarding the new hires, document collection and verification.

• Handling End to End Recruitment.
• Understanding the role requirements and implement varied sourcing strategies to generate applicant base
• Sourcing profiles through Job Portals (Naukri, Monster, Naukri Gulf, Oil & Gas, Social Website – LinkedIn) according to client’s requirements.
• Initial phone screening of candidates to judge communication and requirements.
• Short listing the candidates as per client’s requirements and scheduling the interviews.
• Regular follow up with the selected candidates to confirm their joining dates, ensuring that they are placed successfully with the respective organization.
