(Portals handled – Naukri, Monster, Naukri Gulf, Indeed, Social Network – LinkedIn). • Salary Negotiation, Background Verification.• Preparation of Offer letter, Appointment letter and Miscellaneous letters.• Sends joining intimation mail to the appropriate departments to ensure the joiners get their Workplace ready on the DOJ• Planning & Organizing Induction & Orientation Programme.• Onboarding the new hires, document collection and verification.• Responsible for Bank account opening, Id Card, Asses card and introducing the new hire to the department.• Familiarizing new employees with organizational culture, values and goals• Generating Master database for new joiners & exist employees• Coordinated Performance appraisal system for employees • Conducted various employee engagement activities.• Responsible for generating monthly Hiring reports for the monthly review.• Analysing the 306090-feedback form from the new hires.• Meeting employees through HR 1on1 on monthly basis and resolve their queries.• sending mails for New employee announcement, Newborn, Anniversary, Announcement mail.
