 Ensuring correctness of GL Posting review and auditing of all AP, AR and Payroll Accounting for clients. GST return Filings, Tax Payments (TDS, ST, VAT etc.) for clients. Reconciliation of GSTR -2A with purchases and GSTR-3B respectively along with GSTR-1 with 3B for clients. Preparing Analytics for Expenses and Revenue and submitting report on Weekly/Monthly Basis. Ensuring month end closure activities completion on timely manner. Accounting of Prepaid Expenses and Pre Recognized Income and there adjustments. Responsible for the closure of all accounting ledgers including review of all account reconciliations and journal entries.

 Responsible for calculation of payroll from Gross Pay to Net Pay with due regard to statutory and other deductions. Processing expenses and ensuring that expense report are in compliance with company policies. Reconciling balance of expenses control account with payroll summary. Liaise with various operational departments for timesheets, contracts, overtime, allowances and deductions. Issue and record adjustments to pay related to previous errors or retrospective increases. Providing various routine and ad-hoc reports to management. Created budget and forecasts for the management group. Facilitating process training to new joiners and sharing process knowledge among the team during team meetings.

 Coordination and reporting’s of various functions including AP, AR and Payroll department to management. Weekly Cash flow statement and Bank Reconciliation Statement. Weekly Payable and Receivables Ageing report. Recording of GL entries and make sure of posting validity. Assisting in preparation of weekly budget and forecast for the management. Preparation of TDS returns, Luxury tax, VAT and Service tax. Assisted in preparations of Financial Statements. Handling other routine and audit activities.
