Handling of Pre and Post admission related activities;- Good knowledge of SFDC- Been part of APR'23 Review held and also been part in Review report preparation with manager for 3 reviews. - Coordination with faculties and scheduling interview in system on monthly basis for our MBA(WX) program- Preparing payment invoice for interview payment to faculties every Batch Closing in 3 months- Loan approvals for students in system who have applied loan via our different loan providers- Cases assigned to admission team(Candidates who have written to us, handling their queries) - Handling requests for Payment related, Registration Cancellation, Admission Cancellation, Loan Cancellation, Eligibility Exemption, Documents Eligibility, etc. - Student Service Requests like Change in Photograph, Change in Name, Change in DOB, Exit Program, Program Withdrawal- Preparing Reports/ Data as and when required by manager- Training team members to hand over the task- Handling queries of team members/LCs/Student support via calls/mails
