Westpac is one of Australia's largest banks and financial services provider. I worked within the Specialist Finance department in Business banking that includes Vehicle finance, Equipment Finance, Trade and Invoice Finance.I was responsible for driving new Innovations to market and implementing change initiatives based on emerging market trends and strategic objectives. The role also worked closely with the vehicle finance dealership network to deliver tailored solutions aimed at enhancing customer lifecycle experience.

Its key focus is creating an online market place for consumers and businesses to connect..I started with Groupon during their infancy stage in Feb 2011 and set up various functions across the organization; Merchant Operations, Risk Management, Product Innovation and Transformation function including developing new technology, project delivery and corporate partnerships. In this role, my remit included driving target state transformation by embedding latest innovation trends in Retail tech, Fintech and Martech such as hyper personalization, and relevance models. I was accountable for the end-toaend lifecycle from Ideation through to implementation & Go-to-market strategy.

Responsible for setting up the Project Delivery and Project Governance function to lead the Transformation agenda for Groupon Australia and Groupon New Zealand. Responsible to deliver projects across various objectives - Operational efficiency, Revenue growth and profitability, new technology development including AI and Machine Learning, and Customer and Merchant satisfaction growth.

First Operations employee hired while the company was in in the start up phase. Responsible for setting up the Merchant Operations, Customer solutions and Risk Management team including hiring the team, developing sustainable processes and stabilizing the operations whilst the company was in hyper growth stage. Successfully grew a team of 8 operations staff over a year.

Religare Macquarie is a Joint venture between Macquarie bank (Australia) and Religare Financial (India) operating in the Wealth management space for High net worth Individuals.I was responsible for Product operations and Investment Advisory services focusing on Life Insurance products, a key part of the Investors Financial portfolio.At the end of this role, I moved to Australia to pursue my Masters in Finance.

Almondz Global is a Financial enterprise in India that Operates in the Wealth management space.
