Hey!First, thanks for taking the time to learn about me. I am an HR enthusiast working in the direction of building my career in the field of Human Resources. I was inclined towards commerce at first, so I thought I would take my career towards this initially. I completed my Bachelor of Commerce in 2021 and was the College Topper in the Commerce Stream. I was also awarded the University Merit Scholarship for two consecutive years from Kurukshetra University.Studying management fields drove my interest in HR, and then I decided to pursue an MBA in HR at one of India's renowned B-Schools, Xavier Institute of Management Bhubaneswar. With my Unstoppable attitude continuing here, too, I worked as an HR Trainee in Hindustan Unilever for Live Project, which was based on designing Power BI Dashboard for Employee Advances. I also did a summer internship as an HR intern at DXC Technology, where I bagged PPO. Here, my project was based on Employee Benefits Laudation. I also pursued some professional certifications such as Oracle HCM, Tableau and Power BI, KPMG Lean Six Sigma- Green Belt, along with actively contesting and winning in B-School Competitions such as being National Semi-Finalist in TATA Steel-a-thon, 2023.I have started my professional journey as an HR Business Partner at DXC Technology. My goal is to learn from each project and task assigned to me and contribute my best efforts towards the growth and development of the company.This is a brief intro about me.
