I also routinely manage budgets, staff, partners and consultant relationships.Key Accomplishments:Conducted a formative research to provide regional context to unpack and analyze the subtle and specific attitudes, beliefs, norms, legal and religious challenges facing religious minorities and women in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Punjab and Sindh.Conceptualised and supervised the development of a database that maps advocacy efforts by capturing social capital, government services, and social networks. Worked closely with the Advisor to Chief Minister, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, on Police Order 2002, which is the key policy for policing matters in the province. Established the first provincial level government citizen engagement forum led by Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, which set an unprecedented example in Pakistan of citizens working alongside government for the welfare of wider community. Drafted the forum’s policy document with the Khyber Home and Tribal Affairs department. Managed the setup of fully automated grievance redress mechanism and call centre capable of receiving complaints against Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Police. Developed and managed a Khyber Pakhtunkhwa wide social accountability network of different civil society organisations for advocacy of improved governance reforms in education planning. Conducted an assessment of civil society organisations working in Malakand Division to gauge their capacity to advocate for security and justice reforms in the province.
