 Planned preventive and corrective maintenance of transport aircraft assets worth $550M. Lead the Maintenance Control centre of base and ensured efficient planning, maintenance and documentation of Aircraft and assets for staggering and timely forecasting to multiple stakeholders. Directed timely initiation, planning and execution of projects involving recovery of unserviceable assets (aircraft). Executed and planned a series of military ceremonial events, sports events and seminars to celebrate 60 years of the unit’s service to the country that involved management of cross-functional team. Ensured Quality control as part of program management groups involving multiple stakeholders. Organised regular review meetings with repair agencies (stakeholders) and operators, to resolve critical technical issues and operational bottlenecks.

 Led and managed a workforce of 900+ personnel in terms of processing confidential employee records, career progression performance counselling, and generating feedback, discipline, grievance handling, leave, rewards and welfare. Gained invaluable experience as Officer in Charge Family Welfare Association, to amicably resolve disputes amongst families of warriors, and conducted events to ensure excellent work-life environment and work place harmony. Conceptualised, developed and successfully implemented comprehensive training and development techniques to improve operational capability and productivity.

 Accomplished more than 25,000 hours of accident/incident-free flying.  Organised International Aero Show – Aero India in 2019 and 2021, attended by representatives of more than 25 countries. Was responsible for armament support and supply to various fleets and air ambulance role on Transport aircraft. Managed safely recovered a transport aircraft costing $15M on Goa runway, that temporarily halted landing of civil flights. Involved in imparting effective training of more than 120 trainee pilots. Recovered two transport aircraft engines in Hyderabad and Chennai, saving almost 120 crores of Indian Exchequer.
