Handled End to End Recruitment process for BFSI vertical in Insurance industry. Ex-HR Associate at Healthcare industry- Handled end to end recruitment for Sales and Lateral profile like Desktop Support Engineer, HR operations-: Salary Negotiation, LOI & Offer Release, Documentation & joining formalities, Onboarding of the candidates. Former HR internship from Edtech company in which i learnt about full recruitment and selection process. I had done recruitment for Non IT profiles like Business Development Executive, Senior roles like Team Leader- Sales, Key Account Manager. From studying the Job description provided by the company, I used to source relevant profiles on Naukri, job posting & mass mailing, screening cv's & reviewing the application forms, taking telephonic screening on calls, shortlisting the candidates, scheduling & conducting the F2F and virtual interviews, sharing the feedback post interviews with the candidates, follow ups with candidates till their final joining, Documentation & Onboarding the candidates. Done MBA (HR & Marketing) from GD Goenka University, Gurgaon in 2021. I aspire to be HR professional in near future. My goal is to reach there by enhancing my personal and professional skills.
