• Serving as the (SPOC) responsible for executing day to day tasks related to client engagement/s and handling all the queries actively in People Advisory Services(PAS) in EY. • Reconciliation of client account database and tax filings to achieve complete, accurate and timely filing of tax returns; identifying and resolving reconciliation discrepancies. • Working on MS Excel and Google Spreadsheets for data manipulation using Data validation / Vlookup / Hlookup and VBA.• Preparing and analysing powerpoint presentation and interpreting the data in excel into powerpoint charts. • Worked on different Billing process such as invoice processing/Accounts Payable/EY internal team service cost management. • Processing external and internal (EY) business document , including financial statements and KPI report. Responds to clients financial inquiries by gathering, analyzing, summarizing, and interpreting data. • Handling engagement management tools are maintained real time for client headquarters to access and understand their tax and accounts filling status across the globe. • Controlling activities leading up to fulfilment of compliance and regulatory obligations of the clients by EY professionals across countries.
