Contract Coordinator
Current- Single point for contact for Contract Customers for Sales and Service. Arrangements of carry out repairs, trouble shooting, installation, service on navigation and communication (Navcom) equipment on marine vessels of.
- In-charge of assigned contract customers – “owns” the contract (knows customer contacts, vessels list, prices, equipment’s)
- Answer customers’ RFQ:
- For MSA/PMA: agree on whether job scope is within contract scope or billable, send quotation (4PS) indicating billable price or in contract scope –Assess BER (Beyond Economical Repair) condition before repairing
- Monitoring of the service/parts agreed in the contract - to avoid double deliveries
- Arrange the Service in a RH-Port in accordance to the Vessel schedule
