CurrentSingle point for contact for Contract Customers for Sales and Service. Arrangements of carry out repairs, trouble shooting, installation, service on navigation and communication (Navcom) equipment on marine vessels of various specifications for contracts customers. Achieve the highest levels of quality and customer satisfaction while conducting repairs, trouble shooting, installation, service on Navcom equipment.During the process, you will promote the core values Passion to Perform, Trust to Act, Act Responsibly and Make it Fun.Key responsibilities:Before attendances -• In-charge of assigned contract customers – “owns” the contract (knows customer contacts, vessels list, prices, equipment’s)• Answer customers’ RFQ: • For MSA/PMA: agree on whether job scope is within contract scope or billable, send quotation (4PS) indicating billable price or in contract scope –Assess BER (Beyond Economical Repair) condition before repairing• Monitoring of the service/parts agreed in the contract - to avoid double deliveries• Arrange the Service in a RH-Port in accordance to the Vessel schedule• Arrange pre-delivery of Spare parts from RH Warehouses when Service will be performed outside of RH portCoordination of attendance• Reassign the service execution towards the service coordination teamPost-attendance• Takes care of timely closing of contracts VSO • Forwarding documents like Service Report to Customer/Navision• Add cost plus entries for billable work• Assist in event of dispute on attendance• Check incoming Invoices (White Vision) • Send out invoices• Timely inform the customer of any upcoming end-of-life equipment in or for the customer to arrange budgetOngoing -• Maintain the vessel list in Navision (vessels acquired or sold)• Maintain the equipment list in NAV (serial numbers, software versions, expiry dates)• Keep a record and send pre-alerts for annuals (3 months before), expiry dates for renewal,
