With a career spanning 18+ years in Engineering my responsibilities is responsible for the short and long term planning and day-to-day operations of the engineering division. This includes maintenance of D.G. sets, R.O. Plant, Softener Plant, Boiler System, Swimming Pool, Kitchen equipments, A.C. System, LAN, Sewage Treatment Plant (S.T.P), Elevators Maintenance, Building maintenance, Power Saving, Guest rooms, Furnishing & fixtures maintenance, Budgeting & cost control, Security & safety, Parts inventory & control, Renovation & modification, Staff training, emergency planning & response, and corporate reporting etc. My Job also includes planning and management of work force for completions of jobs within the time frame given by seniors with the help of ours technicians and other technical people of different contractors
