Working in the finance industry has provided me the opportunity to meet customers, attend to their needs as well as seek their concerns and thereby apply all these basic tenets in providing an overall positive experience to the clients.Due to my interest in people, I chose the new path in Human Resources with an emphasis on building a high-quality workplace environment and increasing the level of employees’ participation.
