I have over 18 years of Safety, Health, and Environmental experience across the FMCG, food processing, warehousing, and engineering industries. Have gained knowledge on SEDEX, Responsible Social Care, Ethical and Insurance Audits and HSE ISO Standards implementation. My focus is to implement and monitor new policies and activities aimed at providing a safe and healthy work environment, conduct hazard identification and risk assessments, investigate accidents and near miss incidents, identify root causes and advising on effective actions to prevent recurrence and ensure compliance. I have experience in managing an Occupational Health clinic with a registered nurse on site, managing and reporting any injuries on the Comp Easy system and liaising with external stakeholder such as Dept of labor or any customer auditors. I am self-motivated and committed to achieving deliverables. My personal skills include having strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize to meet tight deadlines.
