Vice Principal & Administrative Assistant
• Provide dynamic leadership and strategic direction as Vice Principal, collaborating with the Principal to oversee all aspects of college operations, with a specific focus on HR management, administration, and academic support.• Manage a team of administrative staff, delegating tasks and ensuring seamless workflow within the office to support the college's mission and goals.• Deliver comprehensive administrative support to senior administrators, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence, as an Administrative Assistant.• Coordinate logistical arrangements for college events, such as orientations and faculty meetings, ensuring smooth execution and a positive experience for participants.Maintain accurate records and files related to faculty, staff, students, and college operations, managing document and record keeping systems effectively.• Assist in budget planning and monitoring, processing invoices, and reconciling accounts to support financial decision-making by senior administrators.• Facilitate communication between college administration, faculty, staff, and external stakeholders, handling inquiries and drafting correspondence with professionalism and attention to detail.• Utilize technology tools and software applications to manage college operations, ensuring confidentiality and security of sensitive information and data.
