My key roles and responsibilities:1. Designing detached, semi-detached, and row dwellings. 2. Developing working drawings using Revit Software.3. Coordination with engineers and consultants for preparing all documentation for the Building rules consent.4. Achieving council approvals from the planning to development stage. 5. Developing SDA house design and accomplished design with SDA approvals.

My roles while training: 1. Understanding of Australian standards for residential dwellings.2. Preparing planning approval drawings including site plans, floor plans, and elevations.3. Studying design guidelines for NDIS, and its different categories of design and parameters.
