As a Scrum Master & Team Leader at Aggreko, I enable and facilitate agile delivery for multiple cross-functional teams, working on complex and innovative projects that improve the efficiency and sustainability of power generation and temperature control solutions. I apply my skills and knowledge in scrum, scrumban, leadership development, and data engineering to support the teams in achieving their goals and delivering value to the customers and stakeholders.I am also pursuing an Executive MBA at the University of Edinburgh Business School, where I am enhancing my strategic thinking, business acumen, and leadership skills, while expanding my network and learning from diverse and experienced peers and faculty. I hold two Professional Scrum Master certifications (PSM I and PSM II) from Scrum.org, and have over eight years of experience in the software industry, including five years as a Senior Software Engineer at Accenture.
