SeaMoney is a part of Sea Group that offer mobile wallet services, payment processing, credit offerings, and related digital financial services and products under various brands, including ShopeePay, SPayLater, and other brands.Responsibilities:• Manage end-to-end recruitment for white-collar positions, including interns, entry-level, and experienced roles across various functions such as operations, finance, sales, data analyst, and project management.• Utilize recruitment tools such as ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and SEEK Employer to efficiently track, evaluate, and manage candidate records. Apply Boolean search on LinkedIn to identify and target potential candidates, strengthening the recruitment pipeline.• Coordinate and organize various assessments (e.g., psychological, technical, and language tests), including sending invitations, scheduling, and managing candidate participation.• Prepare and manage recruitment documentation, including job postings, interview schedules, and contract/offering letters, while maintaining up-to-date candidate records in ATS to ensure a seamless recruitment process.

• Conducted end-to-end recruitment for internship roles and graduate programs in Indonesia and Vietnam, including sourcing, initial interviews, user interview coordination, offer negotiation, and document completion, successfully filled 15 positions with 44 talents within three-month period. • Assisted in full-time employee hiring processes by managing sourcing, candidate relations, interview scheduling, and supporting with document collection.• Managed recruitment-related administrative tasks, including updating Indonesia recruitment data, recording employees' medical check-up invoices, maintaining intern databases, preparing monthly BPJSTK payroll recaps, and handling intern extension agreements and completion letters.

• Leveraged various online platforms such as LinkedIn, Glints, Facebook, and Telegram to identify potential candidates, approached 5 talents per day.• Scheduled and conducted interviews, evaluating candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit, handled 5 talents applying for IT position. • Maintain records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders.

• Planned, executed, and optimized Google Ads campaigns (GDN and SEM) to drive traffic and conversions, achieved GDN traffic by 360,66% of target. • Executed instagram boost post ads on Meta Ads, achieved reach by 109.11% of target. • Implemented precise audience targeting and keyword strategies on Google Ads (SEM), resulting in a 6% increase in Lead’s Relevancy Rate.• Collaborated with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy and visual elements.• Analyzed campaign data using Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Meta Ads Manager to assess key performance indicators.• Prepared regular reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
