-Manage document control systems and Management of Change Process-Prepare management reports and data to determine the effectiveness of the systems and performance of the business including trend analysis-Combine different types of data and present in various formats, assist in production of reports, presentations and various documents-Manage audit process and databases-Conduct various administrative duties in relation to systems control and management-Develop, implement and maintain administrative systems within HSEQ (using IT where appropriate), which positively contributes to the effective and efficient management of information.-Monitor that accident investigations are tracked, reviewed and entered into the Group database-Produce detailed monthly management information reports, including statistic reports and trend analysis-Database maintenance and data entry-Schedule and manage the Audit ProgrammeAccountable for the management of system structure and maintenance-To provide administration support to HSEQ Department-Maintain effective filing systems-Ad hoc projects as directed by HSE and/or Planning & Performance ManagerCollate and update Site-wide Vehicle Mileage ReportMaintain and update Site-wide Rolling Action RegisterMaintain Project's HSE Personnel Database-Maintains Project's Traffic Violation Register-Disseminate HSE Alerts and Weekly Toolbox Meeting Topics to Workforce-Update Site At Risk Behaviour Matrix and generate At Risk Behaviour Screen Shots from Behavioral Based Safety Observations for Management’s Presentation-Maintain and Update HSE Training Matrix-Coordinate and maintain staff rotation schedules-Prepare, submit and track requisitions
