After acquiring LastPass, the leading password management product, our team concentrated on building new features for its consumer and enterprise customers. My main focus here was to help my team manage changes, and adapt to the new challenges. This included organizing a training program that helped our team learn the new technologies, setting up an engineering roadmap and through this, an engineering vision, that aimed at introducing a CI pipeline for LastPass.Later, I joined the Bold360 team, where I lead the backend development, in a matrix organization structure. My main focus here is building up an aligned backend development roadmap, setting up well scaling processes for maintaining quality code and architecture, and enhancing our CD pipeline.Currently I'm leading the Machine Learning team, our infrastructure team and 2 amazing feature development teams for the Bold360 AI product.

At this role I was working on leading a development team of 10+ people to integrate a newly acquired password management company, Meldium into our product line and company culture. During this process, we've set up a new, Azure-hosted, microservice based infrastructure with a complete CD pipeline.

I was working as part of a scrum team on LogMeIn's greenfield project, called AppGuru. This product aimed at providing user provisioning and identity management for cloud applications.

I led the development of numerous websites and applications for our clients, including even Microsoft and Graphisoft. These projects were based on cutting edge .NET technologies, like ASP.NET MVC, WP7, Lightswitch, HTML 5, Orchard.The most noteworthy project so far is an MVC based website for Graphisoft, www.bimcomponents.com. BimComponents.com is a portal, which integrates with Graphisoft's flagship product, ArchiCAD in order to enable users to share and download GDL objects.Technologies: ASP.NET MVC, Azure, JavaScript, Microsoft SQL ServerI lead the development of an online IT training website, which offers live streamed and stored videos for subscribers, which can be ordered in packages.
