1. INFORMATION MANAGEMENT, AND CREATING UNIQUE OPPORTUNITIES FOR MEMBERS:a. At all times, it will be my sole responsibility to ensure that our association is given its respect, mandate, rights, and privileges to all projects and opportunities in Kwara State.b. To inform all ERCAAN members about the latest Real Estate updates and policies.c. I will ensure information is well circulated to all appropriate quarters as at when due through my well formulated press crew.2. ESTABLISH A MODERN MEDIUM OF COMMUNICATION:a. I will create a mobile App that will work across all devices, to serve as meeting reminders, advert placement, dues payment, membership registration, request submissions, notices etc.b. Create a strong social media presence, and bring industry players to these social handles.3. CORPORATE RESPONSIBILITIES AND SENSITIZATION PROGRAMS:a. Honesty is our slogan. This, I will create a window for the general public to report any form of cheating, dishonesty, and misconduct from our members.b. I will also organize special events such as press conferences, exhibitions, community relations and other initiatives to sensitize the public.c. Communicate Real Estate Investment opportunities to Kwarans in the diaspora to encourage and foster Foreign Direct Investments (FDI)4. RELATIONSHIP WITH GOVERNMENT OTHER ORGANIZATIONS AND ASSOCIATIONS.a. Collaborate with the government in combating social vices in our society.b. Liaise with the government legislative council for the promotion of good housing policiesc. Create a synergy between ERCAAN, Landlord Association, community and religious heads. d. Establish a symbiotic relationship between ERCAAN, and other corporate stakeholders in the Real Estate industry such as; the Ministry of Land and Housing, Bureau of Land, Town Planning, NBA, NIESV, higher institutions, security agencies, and cooperatives societies etc.
