Handling a gamut of activities encompassing:- Summarize and analyse large financial information (trial balances, income statements, balance sheets and cash flows) for business trends and highlight unusual trends using statistical techniques. - Participate in management discussions to establish the scope of engagement, gather requirements and define process road-map.- Plan projects by rolling out various strategies based scope of engagement, project timeline and resource availability. - Establish professional relationship with internal and external clients for delivering cross continent projects.- Review and prepare Data books in accordance with firm and professional standards and in accordance with the requirements of the project and conducting report checks.

Involved various activities entailing:- Involved in identifying, evaluating and pursuing acquisition targets in line with company’s business plan; managing transactions throughout the deal life cycle. - Establishing the intrinsic value of the target, identifying and valuing synergies & dis-synergies. - Collaborating on development of business plans including post-closing integration and overall operations planning.- Responsible for organizing, managing and participating in Due Diligence on acquisition targets; providing assistance to the CFO in managing and reviewing the work of third party due diligence. - Preparing financial models of structures and returns from investment targets.

- Responsible for executing financial due diligence, analyzing financial data and financial statements, generating advisory reports for the clients to assist them on actual & prospective transactions on optimizing the capital & defining the capital structure. - Generating reports and financial models for fund syndication for the clients, conducting sector and client research using internal and external sources.- Providing assistance in transaction origin, structuring and execution. - Preparing and presenting presentations on mergers & acquisitions to client's senior management.
