The objective of our Life Concept Programs is to Motivate people to follow the Path of Excellence & Happiness Forever. These programs are designed for personal growth through 3 broad aspects - Well Being, Problem Solving & Excellence.KLC is engaged in providing the following services to achieve its objective:- Training programs at client’s office / plant (One to multiple days module based programs);- Consulting sessions for specific topics / issues with the operational and decision making staff of the company;- Topic based workshops across the country for employees of multiple companies- Student level workshops;- Guest lectures at colleges; and- Customized sessions and projects for student / group of students.Our Technical training programs / workshops are designed to develop “Conceptual Knowledge” of the participants working in Industries as Field Operators, Line Managers & Senior Officers, etc.Whereas, our Life Concept Programs are developed for individuals of all designations & departments / sectors - to motivate them to follow the Path of Excellence and Happiness Forever.We understand the need and requirements of our clients and then accordingly offer/ customize the list of topics that would be beneficial for them.
