• Financial Forecast (Cash, P&L, BS) and Analysis (Variance Analysis, Sales Analysis, etc.) as part of the Monthly Closing Process.• Work closely with Operation Teams to develop and maintain KPI to monitor monthly activities.• Participate in the Annual Budgeting Process by evaluating future strategic planning.• Perform Account reconciliations to ensure accuracy (Cash, CAPEX, Reporting, etc)• Maintain / Improve up-on existing financial files or Create new files to fit current needs.• Work with the Project Team to ensure the project progression is in line with original projections.• Establish a new SCF Process by coordinating with the participating customer and financing institution, resulted in a one-time CF of 3+ MUSD to alleviate Supplier overdue Liability.• Supervise and develop new employees through established guidelines and work assignments.• Only Finance employee selected to participate in the Global Employee Development Program

• Update monthly financial data: CAPEX, WC, and other.• Perform reconciliation to identify duplications in receivers using software such as Excel, AS400, GP-Mate, and Lotus Notes.• Identify and resolve inventory or pricing issues by cross referencing various databases and find an explanation or resolution regarding the issue.• Interact with other departments to resolve account receivable issues• Close out payments and issue checks to venders on weekly bases.
