1) Develop and implement GRSP’s business and activity plan aligned to the Cambodian government’s road safety plan; 2) Work collaboratively with the Consortium Partners in Cambodia supported by Bloomberg Global Road Safety Programme (BPGRSP) to complete all tasks required; 3)Manage and monitor the GRSI Proactive Partnership Strategy (PPS) project in collaboration National Road Safety Committee, local counterparts and stakeholders; 4) Manage and monitor the Helmet Wearing for All Project in Lao PDR by ensuring good collaboration among relevant local counterparts, stakeholders and private sectors;5) Develop stakeholder capacity and the sustainability of road safety work through the establishment and/or continuous growth of partnerships with government, business and civil society; 6) Develop both funding and technical road safety capacity to expand activities, including the identification and cultivation of funding streams;7) Effectively manage Global Road Safety Partnership expenditure within Cambodia and Lao PDR and maintain financial records as required; 8)Liaise with Global Road Safety Partnership member organisations that have operations based in Cambodia and Lao PDR; and9) Represent the Global Road Safety Partnership at meetings within the Countries, the region or at a global level.

1)Work closely with the Consortium Partners and the National Technical Working Group (TWG) on road safety improvement project in Cambodia; 2)Work with government counterparts and partners to develop and implement measures to increase use of helmets and seat-belts, and control drinking-driving, strengthen other road safety issues, including national policy and legislation;3) Assist in all project related work including organizing and running workshops; developing and implementing monitoring and evaluation plans for all project components;4)Assist in drafting technical and financial project reports for the donors, partners and other stakeholders;5)Assist in collation of relevant country level data for inclusion in the Global Road Safety Report, including assisting in studies and research of helmet, drink-driving and seat-belt wearing; 6)Provide monthly and quarterly reports to WHO/HQ by focusing on accomplishments, challenges, budget narrative, and planning for the new quarter; and 7)Perform other relevant duties under Non-Communicable Disase (NCD) sector as required by the Team Leader and WHO Representative.
