Providing executive leadership across the global accounting function, encompassing corporate and international accounting, SEC financial reporting, technical accounting, revenue, global payroll, procurement, shared services, finance transformation, and tax. Built and scaled a team of 70+ professionals globally in a remote-first environment. As a strategic advisor, I have guided the company through significant transactions involving revenue contracts, M&A activities, strategic partnerships, investments, and key vendor agreements, including leading the company through a successful IPO in June 2021.In addition to my professional responsibilities, I serve and participate on the 401(k) Committee, Disclosure Committee, International Expansion Committee and Pricing Counsel. I am also the executive sponsor of the Asians at Confluent DEI group and have established Fun and L&D committees within the CAO org to foster a positive and growth-oriented workplace culture.
