Analysis of test results to determine areas of coverage and deciding on releases.• Responsible for driving improvement projects to completion and success to increase the productivity, efficiency and reduction of cycle time in firmware release and achieving zero defect in releases.• Liasing with the factory to ensure that the firmware release is smooth and seamless with a commitment to continuous improvement and lean concept. • Experience in leading multisite projects with multiple engineers with different roles and countries in product releases and improvement activities.• Provide process new trainings or refresher courses for developers on the build and test strategy.
