- Sourced a professional dressmaker’s dummy for the brand – mannequins were not being used at the time. - Changed garment shapes overall and improved workmanship for a more Morden and European style. - Action a lot of tailoring finishes and set brand standards.- Set new base size measurements and conducted a casting for a fit model the fit the required measure.- Brought grading back in-house and created a Henne grading bible for all suppliers to follow.
