SCOT (Supply Chain Optimization Technologies) is a critical wing of Amazon Ecommerce operations directly responsible for ensuring efficiency at different levels of supply chain like forecasting, sourcing, inventory, availability etc. Was part of availability charter within SCOT India Automated Inventory Management Team responsible for reducing Retail out-of-stock (ROOS) - a critical P0 metric to track availability at marketplace level with an uber goal of improving product availability and customer experience at Amazon.in stores. Prior to this, worked as a BI Engineer in IPAT (Insights, Planning, Analysis, and Technology) Automation Team of Operations Finance for an year responsible for spearheading various automation initiatives in alignment with program charter to create automated solutions for internal stakeholders within Ops Finance and achieve a targeted man hours saving goal. These projects typically involved strategic thinking, writing complex SQL queries in Redshift, scheduling ETL jobs in DataNet, reporting and data handling in Excel, technical troubleshooting, quantitative problem solving and creating dynamic self-serve dashboards in QuickSight to enable quick insights and decision making.
