Project Manager of Software Development teams (C# and Java) using Agile methodology.My main role is designing cost-effective and valuable software solutions for different customers of the RWS Moravia Company, and managing their development during the whole lifecycle. I already became a product owner of various integrations ensuring continuous synchronization between customer’s systems and internal management tool of the RWS Moravia Company. I fully respect Agile development principles and lead the team to be self-organized, trusted and motivated. The development teams are distributed in two locations – Brno, Czechia and freelancers traveling around the world. To achieve successful projects I do also following activities:- Gathering requirements from business unit (united customers)- Communicating with internal and external client regarding the process, tools, automation, and development- Maintaining, prioritizing and sharing development backlog- Creating roadmap for the requests and deployment/release plan- Ensuring the technology support for the business unit- Helping with technology strategy and its vision- Conveying vision of the team to the team members- Negotiating the technology budget and resources- Synchronizing with other Product Owners on related features

- Management of operational risks – identification, assessment, monitoring and control- Identification of causes of processing errors, root cause analysis, corrections- Proposals for improvements of processes and mitigation of risks, including internal fraud- Implementation of regulatory or management requirements regarding risk- Business Continuity Management- Close cooperation with Business (Operations)

- Creating marketing strategies & campaigns- Marketing communication & product development- Sales - Driving ideas & its execution- Website development- Communication with end-clients- Communication with international partners

- Daily handling of purchase credit notes, AS400, LogiqRMA control, VVK- Training, follow up of employees in own department- Process descriptions, process changes and updates- Resolve customer queries and escalate / follow up when necessary- Backup for RFCC Specialist- Monthly closing tasks

- Manage a number of specified supplier accounts- Reconcile supplier statements to the accounts payable system- Resolve standard queries arising from the reconciliation process and invoice matching process- Raise appropriate debit notes- Respond to queries from suppliers and internal customers
