Collaborates with project managers to ensure successful project outcomes and continuous process enhancement.• Data-Driven Insights: Collects and interprets data to inform metrics, assists in the setup of dashboards, and uses data to drive improvements.• Knowledge Uplift: Facilitates knowledge sharing and upskilling among software engineers, boosting collective competence.
