At DNI, I provide technical support and troubleshooting for various clients, including the Department of Defense. I have an active DOD Secret Security Clearance and a CompTIA Security+ certification, which demonstrate my knowledge and skills in cybersecurity and network administration.Before joining DNI, I served as a MC-130J Crew Chief in the USAF for four years, where I performed maintenance, inspection, and repair of the aircraft systems and components. I also participated in multiple missions and exercises, contributing to the readiness and safety of the crew and the aircraft. I have strong program management, problem solving, and analytical skills, which I developed and applied in both military and civilian settings.I am passionate about learning new technologies and enhancing my IT skills, as well as sharing my knowledge and experience with others. I am currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance at Western Governors University, where I expect to graduate in 2025. My goal is to advance my career as an IT professional and make a positive impact in the IT industry.
