I was able to acclimate to 9 different locations of ambulatory pharmacy settings and collaborated with teams to identify strategies for improving workflow. My purpose was to fill in at different Essentia Health pharmacy locations within and around Duluth, Minnesota, and help out with multiple tasks.I counted out and dispensed an average of 250 prescriptions per day while working with one pharmacist and one other pharmacy technician. During my time here, I was able to increase the efficiency of counting prescriptions by 10%.60% of my labor hours were spent serving a mainly underserved population. This population became my favorite location to work in.

During the Fall Semester of 2019, I worked alongside a graduate teaching assistant to instruct biweekly, three-hour-long labs for 24 students. I attended 12 lab sections, as well as 14 lab meetings to discuss the best way to optimize learning of anatomy.

I held some sort of a position at Lester Park Golf Course, formerly managed by BIlly Casper Golf, now known as Indigo Golf Partners, since 2013. During my time with Lester Park Golf Course, I was able to climb from driving range attendant to golf shop attendant to golf shop manager.As golf shop manager, I personally generated over $350,000 in sales, while training and supervising a staff of 10-15 employees.I worked in a team to coordinate and manage more than 40 annual events and tournaments.
