As a founder and CEO I manage mobile software projects, build and improve processes, hire developers, managers, salesmen, QA and do all the work related to sales, finance, projects delivering and customer relationship management.Working with clients from startups to enterprises I always be involved in product we've developed. I've a lot of experience in estimation, requirements management. As a "Product Owner" of clients projects I've managed stakeholders expectations and feature requests. When there was needed I was coding in java, designing UI and architecture, deploy our solutions in the cloud.I'm apologist of Agile and focus on working product instead of documents and procedures.

As a head of Software Development Department I managed people and projects and took active part in development of IT-infrastructure of the organization.
