Being a passionate developer for more than 10 years I have always been looking for new challenges and new areas where I can improve my technical skills.At some point of time I took a tech lead responsibility, coached teams, helped people to grow and build high-quality software.When the era of Agile methodologies had come I got a great interest in adopting the new methods to existing development processes.
