Konrad Cassar Naudi is a training and management consultant specialising in developing the leaders and agile workforce of tomorrow. With a passion for helping leaders and organisations reach their full potential in a rapidly changing and challenging work environment, Konrad designs and delivers customised training and development solutions for both local and global companies from various industries. He also supports companies and organisations in organisation and business development and has been a mentor and coach for leaders and managers at different levels both abroad and locally.Having recently returned to Malta after 38 years abroad, Konrad brings with him a wealth of international experience in management and leadership across diverse industries such as hospitality, training and management consultancy, healthcare and real estate. Throughout his career, he has held various management positions in the United Kingdom, France, Ireland, Switzerland and Sweden. During his time in Sweden, Konrad also served as a trusted training and management consultant for renowned global companies including Volvo Car Corporation, IKEA and Sonoco. His expertise spans a wide range of areas, including Management and Leadership, Marketing and Sales, Executive and Business Coaching, Mentoring and Business Development.In addition to his consulting work, Konrad has made contributions to academia. He served as a lecturer and examiner in Business Management Programmes at two Swedish universities, Umeå University and Mid-Sweden University. Furthermore, he was a member of the Industry Innovation Advisers Panel at Glion Institute of Higher Education in Switzerland and the Board of Advisors at Åkroken Science Park for Entrepreneurship and Business Development in Sweden.Konrad Cassar Naudi studied Business Management at Glion Institute of Higher Education in Montreux, Switzerland and Digital Leadership from Boston University. He is also a member of four international professional bodies, the Chartered Management Institute, the Institute of Consulting, the Chartered Institute of Marketing, and the Association for Coaching, all based in England. Lately Konrad was invited by the Harvard Business Review to become a Member of their Advisory Council.
