Moyyn is an AI based recruitment automation platform and a digital training academy(GATE) with the mission of bridging the skill gaps in companies and equipping talentwith skills required to excel in their career.During my tenure as a Product Management Trainee at Moyyn, I completed a rigorous6-week training program that provided me with a strong foundation in productmanagement. I had the opportunity to work on a challenging hands-on project,collaborating with a talented team to solve real-world problems. This experience honedmy skills in market research, user-centered design, ICP and Personas, MVP creation,agile methodologies, and data-driven decision-making.

Tribumaker was born driven by a bold business hypothesis: "What if we create an educational platform focused on the Maker niche and offer them a lot of Value?" What I am most proud to tell you is that my co-founder was one of my first students (4 years ago) at Ultrabot.In 2020 we brought the MVP of the platform to life using WordPress and we began attracting the first students to the platform.I also start looking for new professionals to boost the LTV of the clients who had already placed their trust in us.In 2021, we secured investment from Startup-Chile. With these resources we expanded our marketing team, experimented with innovative approaches to attract audience and optimize our CAC costs.Finally in 2022, we reached our predetermined deadline. If we didn't meet the KPI we had set two years earlier the project had to conclude. And unfortunately that's what happened :(Invaluable lessons I take away from this experience:1. Executing the full Lean Startup methodology cycle for the first time. Along the way, we pivoted three times to find the most suitable revenue model to achieve the break-even point.2. Managing a team of 10 people located in different parts of the world. Our company was fully remote, with a team spanning Mexico, Argentina, Chile, Venezuela, Paraguay, and Uruguay.3. Securing funding from a renowned public accelerator, and understanding its implications. Every expenditure had to be justified, approved by a BizDev, and documented with receipts proving its execution. This experience also enabled us to connect with other startups in similar stages.4. Innovating in learning methodologies, both synchronous and asynchronous. We transitioned from a 10% completion rate for online courses to achieving 70%. Our best results were attained with the Cohort-based Courses approach, which included recorded classes, weekly live sessions, personalized follow-up via WhatsApp, and a closing event where each student presented their final project.

In 2017 Konredus was born as a hobby.That started by sharing content related to Arduino, Electronics, Robotics and 3D Printing on Instagram. Over time, this initiative grew and quickly attracted a diverse audience from all around the world. As I progressed, I realized that I was building a significant community.I began to connect with other Makers and content creators from countries like Brasil, Germany, England, the United States, Poland, and many others.By 2018 an Audio-Visual content production company offered me the necessary equipment to venture into creating YouTube videos. Without hesitation, I accepted the offer and fully immersed myself in content creation.Over the years, I understood that Konredus is more than a personal brand: it's the springboard for my new ventures. It served as the foundation for the emergence of Ultrabot and later for Tribumaker. Currently, I continue to publish on Konredus, promote the workshops and conferences I offer to companies.This personal brand has become my channel to share knowledge, experiences, and opportunities. I feel that this way i contribute value to society and help create a better world.

Following my educational experience at Educabot, I decided to embark on another entrepreneurial venture. This time with a stronger focus on addressing a pressing issue I identified in my city: Schools were expressing a demand for educational robotics, yet lacked the knowledge and capacity to offer such services.This marked the birth of Ultrabot, driven by the mission to provide various solutions to this challenge:1. Engaging Robotic content delivery: We have become experts in bringing dynamic and entertaining robotics content to students of all ages. From kindergarten to the older ones who were about to enter the University.2. In-House Robotics kits: We designed and made our own robotics kits, which were then purchased by parents and students.3. Teachers training and deployment: We trained and send qualified robotics instructors to schools.4. End-to-End administration: We handled all aspects of enrollment, billing, and parent relations.Effectively, we catered to three categories of clients within the same service:a) The Student: Our main user, they left each workshop with an experience similar to a birthday party.b) Parents: Monthly, parents received a book of photos and videos showcasing their children working, engaging in STEAM projects, and enjoying time with friends.c) Schools: Our partnership allowed schools to proudly offer the Educational Robotics program on their campusI eventually sold the company to my co-founder and embarked on a year-long backpacking journey through Europe.

During the culminating phase of my time at Kaiwa Technology, we forged a fruitful collaboration with Educabot. The alignment and mutual understanding with the CEO of this company was exceptional, which resulted in a job offer to join his team.At Educabot, I played an essential role in Research and Development with a focus on crafting new kits and products for Kids and Schools. Centered around the integration of 3D components alongside Arduino technology, my primary objective was to design highly adaptable, flexible and captivating kits. This initiative aimed to foster education in STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Mathematics), motivating students to explore and materialize their creative ideas. From traffic lights to windmills, including train barriers and the construction of small cars, our purpose was to nurture students' imagination.Furthermore, at Educabot, I undertook the responsibility of creating, producing, and delivering courses related to the STEAM realm. This experience afforded me the opportunity to impart knowledge and cultivate students' interest in fundamental technological and creative areas for the future. A notable accomplishment in this role was conceiving a course from scratch, assuming content production, and serving as the instructor who delivered it. These courses were developed for the Ministry of Education, marking my initial foray into the creation and teaching of educational programs at an institutional level.

During my university years, I actively participated in the Robotics Club where I identified an opportunity in the local market. I noticed the absence of suppliers for robotics parts and educational kits in our city of Quilmes. This led me and a friend (also engineering classmate) to address this gap by founding Kaiwa Technology.We decided to focus on the Arduino platform, introducing essential products such as shields, sensors, and modules to meet the needs of the local robotics community. We provided personalized guidance to ensure that customers obtained precise solutions, backed by exceptional after-sales service that facilitated our clients' project realization.In total, we developed and marketed 4 robotics kits and 7 other educational kits, catering to various levels and educational objectives. Furthermore, we expanded our offerings to include specialized courses as:-Basic and Advance Arduino Course.-Arduino-based Home Automation Course.-Arduino-based Robotics Course.-Design and 3D printing Course.-Basic Electronics Course.We actively participated as sponsors and competitors in two consecutive editions of the Robotics Competition in Bahía Blanca (the largest robotics competition in Argentina).In the final stage of Kaiwa technology, we established strategic collaborations with Educabot and Intel. Together, we conducted training sessions for ministries, provinces, and institutions, solidifying our commitment to disseminating knowledge in robotics and STEAM education.
