LCA analyses (SimaPRO, openLCA, oneClickLCA). Environmental assessment including carbon footprint, of buildings and construction products. Based on LCA analyses according to: ISO 14044, ISO 14067, ISO 14064, EN 15804 (Environmental Product Declaration, EPD), GHG Protocol.

• Monitoring of European and national regulations and standards related to environmental and health aspects of construction products, waste management, circular economy and energy efficiency of buildings;• Implementation and oversee of external and internal communication regarding health and environmental aspects of the offered products in the company's branches located in the countries of Central and Eastern Europe;• Planning and commissioning laboratory tests in the field of environmental and health aspects of offered products for the company's branches located in the countries of Central and Eastern Europe;• Participation in Group projects related to the implementation of sustainable development goals, environmental and health aspects of buildings and construction products;• Direct cooperation with customers in the field of specification of environmental aspects (including those related to LEED, BREEAM, DGBN, WELL) of products exported by customers to European market and markets outside Europe;• Development of reports and analysis on the impact of offered products on environmental, social and economic aspects for the macro (country) and micro (individual buildings) scale, including cooperation with PR and Marketing departments;• Representing the company in European and national organizations related to sustainable construction development and energy efficiency of buildings.

• Monitoring the requirements and trends related to building assessment schemes such as LEED, BREEAM, WELL and DGNB;• Supporting the Sales Department in direct contacts with customers in terms of LEED, BREEAM, WELL and DGBN specifications for the offered products;• External and internal trainings in the field of sustainable building systems, energy efficiency of buildings and building physics;• Coordination and participation in events related to the sustainable development and energy efficiency of buildings;• Cooperation with the PR department in the field of communication regarding the sustainable development of buildings and environmental aspects of products.

• Supporting the technical advisory department in the field of analysis of energy efficiency of buildings, building physics and hygro – thermal processes in building materials;• Monitoring of regulations and standards in the field of energy efficiency of buildings and building physics;• Representing the company in national standardization organizations and associations dealing with energy efficiency of buildings and building physics.

• Content – related supervision over software used to prepare energy audits, energy performance certificates and environmental audits of buildings, including close cooperation with the IT team;• Performing energy audits and analysis regarding the building physics and life cycle costing;• Conducting workshops for civil engineers and architects in the field of building physics, energy efficiency of buildings and the calculation of energy performance certificates;• Cooperation with Universities as part of postgraduate studies related to energy performance certificates and building physics.

• Planning and supervision of the production of construction products.• QMS process maintenance.
