As a Property Manager at Foxtons I offered clients a unique service for residential properties by combining a professional management approach with a level of service delivery expected in the prime property market. I was responsible for all the managed properties in the Hampstead area (ranging from 170-200).My duties ranged from managing a project of minor repairs to full-scale refurbishment of properties. Accurate reporting and liaising on developments is fundamental to tailoring my service and responses to/for clients when managing expectations and projects. I needed to be flexible at all times when working in an exceptionally busy and challenging environment. Whether dealing with contractors or third party individuals I ensured that the work was completed promptly and professionally. This is an aspect of the job I thoroughly enjoyed; Developing and enhancing strong client relations and project management is sometimes difficult but I enjoy taking something by the ‘horns’ and seeing a task through to completion.I handled all contractual queries and account enquires relating to the properties in my portfolio. These could be as simple as payment query, a HMRC tax issue or an ad hoc activity. I also undertook daily credit control, handled invoicing queries/ authorisation and regularly liaise on rental and commission liabilities.
