Long story short:I'm working with incredibly bright group of people who are fanatically devoted to solving problems 🧐faced by other incredibly bright group of people so that we all can do more interesting things much faster 🤯. Many years of education and professional experience just ignited the spark of curiosity and aliveness (instead of killing it) 🤩. Nothing satisfies me more than meeting new people, developing new relationships, solving difficult issues and contributing to the overall growth of a business 📈.Long story long:📚 As a lawyer, tax advisor, business consultant, arbitrator, DPO, business owner and managing director I had unique opportunity to deepen the knowledge gained during my education and confront it with reality. Initially I observed that there was no difference between theory and practice in theory but a great deal of difference in practice. However, many years of professional experience showed me that it doesn't have to be the case. And if it is, than it's usually a missing piece of a puzzle that has to be found and put in right place. 🎚️ In the course of my work as project manager I worked on diverse projects related to different sectors and services (including insurance, finance, IT, tax, law and medicine). Each project was a challenge but all of them taught me that regardless of applied PM methodology the most important element of achieving success in business is combination of expertise, action and good communication (and more is not always better).⚽ As an amateur sportsman I learned discipline, focusing on the goal and crossing my own borders. I also learned that healthy competition results not only from respect for others but also from respect for oneself.👁️ And as a human I know that we all are afraid of something, love something and have lost something and we are different from each other only in terms of what these 'somethings' are. I love nature, travelling and meditation. And I'm never fully dressed without a smile :).
